The Eureka Food project has evolved into Bottega Modena, a company composed of prestigious Modenese producers and a communications agency specializing in food marketing.
The founding members are Cantina Paltrinieri, Acetaia del Cristo, Pasticceria Busuoli, Pastificio Le Follie, and Eureka360 – Food Marketing.
