All characteristics of the products covered by the orders, including the selling price, are shown in the online catalog and are visible when filling out the order before the conclusion of the contract. All selling prices include VAT.
3. DURATION AND VALIDITY OF THE OFFER
The conditions of the offer for each product are those shown and visible in the online catalog when filling out the order before the conclusion of the contract. Soc. Agr. Paltrinieri Gianfranco s.s. reserves the right to update the offer conditions at any time without notice, with the exception of products already ordered at the time of the update.
4. PRODUCT AVAILABILITY AND FINALIZATION OF ORDERS
The order you submit shall be considered finalized and binding for Soc. Agr. Paltrinieri Gianfranco s.s. at the moment that, following the submission of the order, Soc. Agr. Paltrinieri Gianfranco s.s. has sent you an email notice of receipt. The order finalized online is executed by the company unless there is partial or total unavailability of the products you purchased. In the event of even temporary unavailability of one or more products, ascertained after the conclusion of the contract, Soc. Agr. Paltrinieri Gianfranco s.s. will inform you via email of the unavailable products, summarizing the details of the order (available products and quantities) and the consequent update of the amount, specifying that, due to the unavailability of the purchased products, your order and the amount to be paid have changed.
5. PAYMENT METHODS
At the time of finalizing the order online, you will be asked to choose from the following payment methods for your order:
- payment on delivery by cash on delivery
- advance bank transfer
- credit card via Paypal.
To make purchases on cantinapaltrinieri.it, there are several payment methods.
The choice of payment type will be requested from the user when confirming the cart before confirming the order. All prices on the cantinapaltrinieri.it internet portal are to be understood as including VAT. A regular invoice is issued for all shipments, which is also valid for product warranty purposes.
Cash on Delivery (Contrassegno)
By choosing this option, the customer can pay directly to the courier upon delivery (valid for Italy). According to national regulations, the courier will only accept exact sums corresponding to the total order amount, and no change will be given.
N.B. For amounts exceeding €500, the courier may request payment via cashier's check (not a personal bank check) with a copy provided in advance before delivery. Finally, the cantinapaltrinieri.it staff reserves the right to request an advance on the amount via bank transfer as a security deposit at its own discretion.

The customer can make the payment via advance bank transfer made out to Soc. Agr. Paltrinieri Gianfranco s.s.. All data relating to the current account will be highlighted online at the time of choosing payment by bank transfer and, in any case, sent within the order confirmation email. We recommend, to speed up the shipment of the purchased goods, to send the receipt of the bank transfer made via email to info@cantinapaltrinieri.it

You will make the transaction directly with Paypal, the fast, reliable, and innovative method to pay in just a few clicks. Agr. Paltrinieri Gianfranco s.s., be able to see or become aware of data relating to the card used. If the purchase is made with the telephone support of one of our operators, financial data relating to payments, such as credit card codes, are not stored in any form by the company Soc. Agr. Paltrinieri Gianfranco s.s., and therefore no personal data of this nature is archived, but is only used during the telephone transaction with the operator.
In case of order cancellation, the cancellation of the transaction and the reversal of the committed amount will be performed immediately.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY FEES
SHIPPING COSTS
The shipping cost is calculated automatically during the phase of adding products to the cart and varies based on the weight and volume of the items and their destination.
Shipping costs starting from just 7.80 euros for shipments under 10 kg in weight throughout Italy (excluding Calabria, Sicily, and Sardinia). For Calabria, Sicily, and Sardinia, the shipping cost up to 10 kg in weight will be only 10.90 euros! Thanks to strategic agreements, our shipments are mainly entrusted to the MailBoxes courier for the entire national and international territory.
2. DELIVERY TIMES
As a non-binding indication, shipments within Italian territory are delivered on average within 2/3 working days. Depending on the time and day the order reaches us, the congestion status of the warehouse, and the availability of individual products, it is possible that delivery efficiency may deviate from this goal or that the package may arrive at the recipient even faster.
In any case, Soc. Agr. Paltrinieri Gianfranco s.s. sends the ordered products as soon as possible and certainly no later than 30 days from the date of the order. If one of the products is not in stock or will arrive late, Soc. Agr. Paltrinieri Gianfranco s.s. will inform the customer via e-mail.
On the day of shipment from our warehouses, where the goods are entrusted to the courier in charge of delivery, Soc. Agr. Paltrinieri Gianfranco s.s. sends the customer an email with the details to track the order online, if available, so as to verify the progress of their goods entrusted to the shipper directly online.
For civil disputes concerning the application of the "Right of Withdrawal," the mandatory territorial jurisdiction is the court of the consumer's place of residence or domicile, if located within the territory of the State.
