That's why we've created a unique event, a true journey from the vineyard to the glass, with tastings of different fermenting musts and a sampling of our wines paired with gastronomic delights:
- LECLISSE – Mediterranean feta cheese
- SANT’AGATA – breadstick with La Favola Palmieri mortadella
- GROSSO – aged Parmigiano Reggiano shard
- LARISERVA – fried gnocco and Colonnata lard
- RADICE – crouton with burrata and Cantabrian Sea anchovies
- SOLCO – Sorbara grape must sauces
