Bulk wine sales will begin on Monday, February 6th.
As in previous years, there are three types available:

SORBARA CLASSICO
BIANCO DELL’EMILIA (50% Trebbiano 50% Sorbara vinified white)
We are open every day including Saturdays, from 8:30 AM to 12:30 PM and from 2:00 PM to 7:00 PM. (Also on Sundays by prior arrangement).

Please remember that bulk wine sales usually end around the first week of April (unless the product runs out).
We suggest that you:
- bottle within a few days of purchase from the cellar, to prevent fermentation in the demijohn.
- Use bottles suitable for sparkling wines, new or well-washed and dry.
- Leave at least 6-7 cm of space between the cork and the wine level.
- Use crown caps with plastic seals, or high-quality corks, or new plastic stoppers with a wire cage.
- Store bottles horizontally if possible, at least for the first 15/20 days.
