During the Merano Wine Festival and Culinaria 2016,
we will present Radice and Lariserva which best express
our territory and our work philosophy.
RADICE Lambrusco di Sorbara DOC 2015
Bottle-fermented.
Pure Sorbara, obtained from the vinification of grapes grown in
Sorbara, in the historic "Cristo area". The transformation of the grapes
occurs following traditional vinification operations,
bottle fermentation on indigenous yeasts.
LARISERVA Spumante Lambrusco di Sorbara DOC 2014
Riserva
Pure Sorbara, obtained from the vinification of grapes grown
in Sorbara, in the historic "Cristo area". After the harvest,
the grapes undergo gentle crushing and pressing.
Subsequently, the wine is made using the Charmat method
and remains on the lees for 12 months.
