On the occasion of the Merano Wine Festival and Culinaria 2016,
we will be presenting Radice and Lariserva, which best express
our territory and our winemaking philosophy.
RADICE Lambrusco di Sorbara DOC 2015
Bottle-fermented.
Pure Sorbara, obtained from the vinification of grapes grown in
Sorbara, in the historic "Cristo area". The grapes are processed
following traditional winemaking methods,
with bottle fermentation on indigenous yeasts.
LARISERVA Spumante Lambrusco di Sorbara DOC 2014
Riserva
Pure Sorbara, obtained from the vinification of grapes grown
in Sorbara, in the historic "Cristo area". After the harvest, the
grapes undergo gentle crushing and pressing.
Subsequently, the wine is vinified using the Charmat method
and left on the lees for 12 months.
