On Saturday, April 21, in San Benedetto Po, within the Lambrusco a Palazzo event organized by ONAV, the first public vertical tasting of Radice, a pure Lambrusco di Sorbara refermented in the bottle, took place. Seven vintages, from 2011 to 2017, were available for tasting.
