Bulk wine sales will begin on Friday, February 5, 2021.
We are open every day, including Saturdays, from 8:30 AM to 12:30 PM and from 2:00 PM to 6:30 PM (Sundays by prior arrangement). It will also be possible to taste the new vintages of our bottled wines.
FAVORABLE BOTTLING PERIODS
- FROM JANUARY 28 TO FEBRUARY 10 (sales will begin on FEBRUARY 05)
- FROM FEBRUARY 19 TO MARCH 12
- FROM MARCH 22 TO APRIL 11
(subject to product availability)
We suggest:
- bottling within a few days of purchase from the winery to prevent fermentation in the demijohn.
- using suitable bottles for sparkling wines, new or thoroughly washed and dry.
- leaving at least 6-7 cm of space between the cork and the wine level.
- using crown caps with plastic seals, or high-quality corks, or new plastic stoppers with wire cages.
- storing bottles in a cool environment, away from light.
- keeping bottles lying down if possible, at least for the first 15/20 days.
- allowing the wine to ferment in the bottle for a couple of months.
