Friday, February 5th, 2021, sales of bulk wine will begin.
We are open every day, including Saturdays, from 8:30 AM to 12:30 PM and from 2:00 PM to 6:30 PM (Sundays by appointment). It will also be possible to taste the new vintages of our bottled wines.
FAVORABLE PERIODS FOR BOTTLING
- FROM JANUARY 28TH TO FEBRUARY 10TH (sales will begin on FEBRUARY 5TH)
- FROM FEBRUARY 19TH TO MARCH 12TH
- FROM MARCH 22ND TO APRIL 11TH
(while supplies last)
We suggest:
- bottling within a few days of purchase at the winery to avoid fermentation in the demijohn.
- using bottles suitable for sparkling wines, either new or well-washed and dried.
- leaving at least 6-7 cm of space between the cork and the level of the wine.
- using crown caps with plastic seals, or high-quality corks, or new plastic caps with a wire cage.
- storing the bottles in a cool place, away from light.
- keeping the bottles lying down if possible, for at least the first 15/20 days.
- allowing the wine to ferment in the bottle for a couple of months.
