We are pleased to welcome and accompany guests to discover our company and the land of Lambrusco di Sorbara, to share the passion and dedication to our craft.
 

The origins

The guided tour begins with the story of the history of our family and of the territory that hosts the grapes and the vines that surround us, that invite us to walk amongst them in order to be observed up-close.

Vinification

The tour continues inside the vinification rooms, where the production of wines takes place. This is the result of a careful combination of tradition and technology, as well as a meticulous and constant daily commitment.

Tasting

Finally, we arrive in the old wine cellar for tasting and for the story of our labels. It is an invitation to know, understand and be able to appreciate the peculiarities that distinguish our Lambrusco.

Acetaia

We are pleased to show the small family vinegar production and shop, where the small barrels for aging Traditional Balsamic Vinegar, produced with our grapes, are stored. Our Traditional Balsamic Vinegar is available for tasting, as well as our grappa di Sorbara and Nocino.


 
The tour takes about an hour and thirty minutes and we are open every day, from Monday to Friday, by reservation. For visits on days other than those established, customised tours, group tours, or for any other requests, we are available.
