All characteristics of the products covered by the orders, including the sale price, are listed in the online catalog and are visible during the order process before the contract is concluded. All sale prices include VAT.

3. DURATION AND VALIDITY OF THE OFFER
The conditions of the offer for each product are those indicated and visible in the online catalog during the order process before the contract is concluded. Soc. Agr. Paltrinieri Gianfranco s.s. reserves the right to update the offer conditions at any time and without prior notice, except for products that have already been ordered at the time of the update.

4. PRODUCT AVAILABILITY AND ORDER COMPLETION
Your order shall be considered completed and binding on Soc. Agr. Paltrinieri Gianfranco s.s. when, following submission of the order, Soc. Agr. Paltrinieri Gianfranco s.s. has sent you an email acknowledging receipt of the order. Orders completed online will be fulfilled by the company, subject to partial or total unavailability of the products purchased. In the event of temporary or permanent unavailability of one or more products, ascertained after the contract has been concluded, Soc. Agr. Paltrinieri Gianfranco s.s. will inform you by email of the unavailable products, summarizing the order details (available products and quantities) and the resulting updated amount, specifying that, due to the unavailability of the purchased products, your order and the amount to be paid have changed.

5. PAYMENT METHODS
When completing your online order, you will be asked to choose from the following payment methods:

  • Cash on delivery (COD)
  • Advance bank transfer
  • Credit card via PayPal

To make purchases on cantinapaltrinieri.it, several payment methods are available.
The payment method must be selected by the user when confirming the shopping cart before submitting the order. All prices on the cantinapaltrinieri.it website are inclusive of VAT. A regular invoice is issued for all shipments and is also valid for product warranty purposes.

Cash on Delivery (COD)
By choosing this option, the customer may pay the courier directly upon delivery (valid within Italy only). In accordance with national regulations, the courier will only accept the exact amount corresponding to the total order value and will not provide change.

N.B. For amounts exceeding €500, the courier may require payment by cashier's check (not a personal bank check), with a copy submitted in advance before delivery. Furthermore, the staff of cantinapaltrinieri.it reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to request a deposit via bank transfer as a guarantee.

Advance Bank Transfer
The customer may make payment by advance bank transfer payable to Soc. Agr. Paltrinieri Gianfranco s.s. All bank account details will be displayed online when selecting payment by bank transfer and will also be included in the order confirmation email. To speed up shipment of the purchased goods, we recommend sending proof of the completed bank transfer by email to info@cantinapaltrinieri.it.

PayPal
You will complete the transaction directly through PayPal, the fast, reliable, and innovative way to pay in just a few clicks. When purchasing with PayPal, you benefit from high security standards for online shopping through the Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption protocol, which protects data integrity during the transaction. PayPal allows payment through Visa, MasterCard, PostePay, Discover, American Express, Carta Aura, and PayPal Top-Up. Under no circumstances will Soc. Agr. Paltrinieri Gianfranco s.s. be able to view or access the credit card details used in independently completed online transactions. If a purchase is made with the assistance of one of our operators over the phone, financial data relating to payments, including credit card details, are not stored in any form by Soc. Agr. Paltrinieri Gianfranco s.s. Therefore, no personal financial information of this nature is archived and is used solely during the telephone transaction with the operator.

In the event of order cancellation, the transaction will be immediately canceled and any authorized amount reversed.
PayPal protects privacy and secures financial and personal information with advanced automatic encryption systems. In addition, an anti-fraud team monitors transactions 24 hours a day. If you do not have a credit card, you can fund your PayPal account balance with a simple bank transfer while setting your maximum spending limit.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping costs are calculated automatically during the checkout process and vary depending on the weight, volume, and destination of the items.
Shipping costs start from just €7.80 for shipments under 10 kg throughout Italy (excluding Calabria, Sicily, and Sardinia). For Calabria, Sicily, and Sardinia, shipping costs for parcels up to 10 kg are only €10.90. Thanks to strategic agreements, our shipments are primarily entrusted to the Mail Boxes courier service for both domestic and international deliveries.

2. DELIVERY TIMES
As a non-binding indication, shipments within Italy are generally delivered within 2 to 3 business days. Depending on the time and day the order is received, warehouse workload, and product availability, delivery times may vary from this target, or the parcel may arrive even sooner.

In any case, Soc. Agr. Paltrinieri Gianfranco s.s. ships ordered products as quickly as possible and in any event no later than 30 days from the order date. If a product is out of stock or delayed, Soc. Agr. Paltrinieri Gianfranco s.s. will notify the customer by email.

On the day the goods are shipped from our warehouse and entrusted to the designated courier, Soc. Agr. Paltrinieri Gianfranco s.s. sends the customer an email containing shipment tracking details, where available, allowing the customer to monitor the status and progress of the shipment online directly through the carrier.

 

For civil disputes concerning the application of the “Right of Withdrawal,” mandatory territorial jurisdiction shall lie with the court of the consumer’s place of residence or domicile, provided that it is located within the territory of the Italian Republic.
