Serving temperature: 8-10°C

Color: soft pink, powder, with a very fine and persistent perlage
Nose: notes of white flowers, hawthorn, red apple peel, wild strawberry,
aromas and flavors of raspberry and vanilla
Taste: great acidity and a fresh, persistent, and delicate aftertaste with a
fruity note. Dry, sharp, clean.

Winemaking and territory

Free-run must, without maceration, alcoholic fermentation and re-fermentation for at least 3 months using the Martinotti method.
Food pairings

As an aperitif, with oysters and raw fish tartare, with a charcuterie board, with tortellini and boiled meat.
