Grape blend: 100% Lambrusco di Sorbara

Alcohol content: 11%

Serving temperature: 8-10°C

Colour: pale, powder pink, with a very fine and persistent perlage
Nose: notes of white flowers, hawthorn, red apple peel, wild strawberry,
aromas and flavour of raspberry and vanilla
Taste: great acidity and a fresh, persistent, and delicate aftertaste with a fruity
note. Dry, crisp, clean.

Winemaking and Territory

Free-run juice, without maceration, followed by alcoholic fermentation and a secondary fermentation of at least 3 months using the Martinotti method.
Food pairings

As an aperitif, with oysters and raw fish tartare, with a platter of cured meats, with tortellini and boiled meats.
