Nose: citrus notes of grapefruit, wild strawberry, and floral hints of wild rose

Taste: fresh with a marked acidity reminiscent of pomegranate and green apple peel. Great minerality, balance, and persistence.

Visually, it is distinguished by its brilliant pale pink color, typical of Lambrusco di Sorbara, with a fine and persistent foam. On the nose, it expresses a refined and floral bouquet: dog rose, wild strawberry, and pomegranate, accompanied by light citrus and mineral notes. The palate is dry, tense, and vertical, with a marked acidity that provides momentum and great drinkability. The finish is clean, dry, and consistent, making Radice an extremely gastronomic dry Lambrusco.

Winemaking and territory

The grapes come from vineyards located in the historic Sorbara area, characterized by sandy soils of alluvial origin, ideal for enhancing the finesse and freshness of the grape variety. The vinification process is carried out with great attention to varietal expression, through a secondary fermentation that highlights the identity of the Lambrusco di Sorbara DOC, without any stylistic compromises.
Food pairings

As an aperitif, with fried fish, raw fish, tuna, salmon, tortellini in broth, cold cuts, gnocco fritto, and crescentine. It is almost a white wine with the structure of a red.
