Lambrusco di Sorbara DOC Radice has a brilliant pale pink color and a fine, persistent mousse, typical of the grape variety. On the nose, it offers a refined and floral profile, with notes of wild rose, wild strawberry, and pomegranate, accompanied by delicate citrus and mineral nuances.

On the palate, it is dry, fresh, and vertical, characterized by a lively acidity that enhances its drinkability and defines its style. The finish is clean and consistent, making this Lambrusco di Sorbara DOC an extremely gastronomic and versatile wine for pairings.

Winemaking and Territory

The Lambrusco di Sorbara DOC grapes come from vineyards located in the historic area of Sorbara, in the heart of Emilia Romagna, in the province of Modena, between the Secchia and Panaro rivers. This territory, characterized by sandy alluvial soils, is ideal for enhancing the typical fineness, freshness, and elegance of Lambrusco di Sorbara DOC.

Winemaking is carried out with the aim of maximizing the varietal expression of Lambrusco di Sorbara DOC, through a secondary fermentation that preserves its identity, authenticity, and connection to the territory, without stylistic compromises.
Food pairings

Lambrusco di Sorbara DOC is ideal as an aperitif and pairs perfectly with fried fish, raw fish, tuna, and salmon, as well as traditional Emilian dishes such as tortellini in broth, cured meats, gnocco fritto, and crescentine. It is a versatile, fresh, and elegant wine that combines the lightness of a white with the structure of a red.
