More than 50 years ago, Grandpa Gianni discovered a passion for this extraordinary product, and since then we have had a small family vinegar cellar with 19 batteries of extra-old balsamic vinegar for friends, relatives, and anyone who wants to taste it!

Food pairings

To be used strictly raw; just a few drops are enough to enhance very aged Parmigiano Reggiano, risotto, premium cuts of meat, and traditional tortellini. It’s also surprising when paired with strawberries, figs, vanilla ice cream, and dark chocolate, where it reveals its full aromatic complexity.
